Service Monitoring System

Our service provider is the first and only company in the UK to use the state-of-the-art (real time) service tool called Service Monitoring System.

All hygiene units, from sanitary bins and soap dispensers to vending machines, installed by us are uniquely bar-coded, so we can track the status of your contract at any time from initial generation to job completion.

It’s a virtually fool-proof system, giving the customer proof of service with a signature, ensuring continual replenishment and no missed services. A reduced need for you to check that everything has been replenished and serviced gives you peace of mind with the knowledge your service has been completed correctly.

There is a set procedure in place for generating and tracking all jobs.

• Generate a job.
• The job is allocated to an engineer.
• The job is sent to the engineer’s dedicated service PDA.
• The engineer arrives on site.
• The engineer carries out the service and scans each barcode.
• This generates an instant upload to our central server.
• On completion, the job is removed from the engineer’s PDA.
• Our central office then confirms job completion, which generates an automated email confirming job completion to the client, showing the signatory.

We have all waste incinerated, helping to avoid possible future environmental issues associated with land-fill or dumping at sea.

All the waste product collected from our clients’ premises is directly transported to licensed incineration plants, minimising the risks of cross contamination through handing and storage.

Conservation of our natural water resource is everyone’s duty. With our water management systems helps to reduce water consumption by up to 90%.

• Automatic Ozone Generator

In nature ozone is produced by the action of high energy discharges in lightening on oxygen in the atmosphere.

Prozone recreates this natural process. The ozone produced destroys harmful micro-organisms with which it comes into contact and breaks down malodour causing compounds neutralizing the unpleasant smells they produce.

Because ozone is a gas it penetrates to even the most inaccessible locations.

The process leaves no chemical residue, all 'unused' ozone reverts to oxygen within a short time.

Urinal flush Control

Sensaflush is a unique urinal flush management system designed to drastically reduce water consumption by eliminating unnecessary and expensive wastage. The Sensaflush system is incorporated into the water supply to the urinal cistern and controls flush frequency by controlling this supply.

The Sensaflush PIR detector monitors a 'sensing zone' adjacent to the urinal bowls or trough and is only sensitive to movement within this area. Persons using other washroom facilities will not trigger sensaflush.

Legal Notice

We provide a range of disposal services in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1991.

This act places a legal "Duty of Care", upon you and your organisation, to ensure that all waste produced on your premises is correctly managed right up to the point of final disposal.

You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that:

• Your waste disposal contractors are registered waste carriers.
• Final disposal is carried out according to the legal requirements, and at a licensed landfill or incineration facility.
• Your waste contractors have comprehensive and efficient tracking and monitoring systems in place to ensure that all waste is tracked, accounted for, and disposed of correctly and safely.
• A full Audit Trail of documentation is in place.

Failure to comply with the new regulations could be an extremely costly oversight. Indeed, a breach of the Duty of Care is a criminal offence, punishable by a fine of up to £2000 on summary conviction, or an unlimited fine on conviction or indictment.

We provide all its clients with the necessary Duty of Care documentation. This will certify that your waste is being handled, transported and disposed of in the correct manner and in accordance with the law. Waste Notes are a legal requirement, and should be retained for a period of 2 years.

The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992

These regulations place a legal requirement on employers to provide appropriate facilities for their employees at the place of work:

Sanitary Disposal

Regulation 21 of the Approved Code of Practice, in the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992, advises that: "in the case of water closets used by women, suitable means should be provided for the disposal of sanitary dressings" This Regulation is further supported by the Water Industries Act 1991, which states that no items should be flushed that could cause a blockage within the sewer or drain. Notwithstanding the legal requirements, you can help prevent having to meet the high cost of unblocking drains by employing us, to provide sanitary disposal services to your organisation.
